Our vision for the site is a neighbourhood set within the existing landscape framework with a distinctive identity, sensitively designed and providing much-needed housing for families. The quality of the spaces created will make it a great place to live.
The plan below shows the draft Strategic Masterplan as it was consulted upon in February 2024:
Updated Strategic Masterplan - July 2024
Following the consultation in February 2024, we have updated the Strategic Masterplan in light of the comments raised in stakeholder and public feedback.
The full masterplan will be published an available to view once it has been presented to the District Council’s Strategic Planning Project Board later this summer.
